I had it for a month..Didnt quite worked for me .

It's about a month since I started to take this. My skin texture has gotten smooth but it breaks me out so bad.

I've been taking this every day even though I can't see much change in hair loss or skin. It has worked well on strengthening the nails though.

I took it for 2 days i fell ill first day i ate it fell like vomiting then too took it again 2 day after lunch and i vomited all the food
