"Delicious and very effective protein."
I am slightly lactose intolerant so i was hesitant to buy this but this is my go to product now. It works well amd the taste is amazing. I have tried both the chocolate and vanilla flavours. It digests very well. I consume it with water and i have seen increase in lean muscle mass in my body. Must buy!
