Real calming when applied before sleep.
Perfect 9 is perfectly fine. Go for it.
Many eye creams didnot suit me but this cream works on dark circles. When applied under eyes it gives cooling and calming sensation. Yes its pricey but it works.

This cream is very efficient in keeping your undereye hydrated for a long time. It is on the pricey side but I guess it is worth investing in good skin care after 30.
