Falguni Nayar is the Founder, Executive Chairperson & Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. She holds a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She has almost three decades of experience in e-commerce, investment banking and broking. Prior to founding our Company, she was associated with Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited for 18 years where she also served as a managing director. She has also served also the boards of various companies, including Tata Motors and Aviva Life Insurance Company Limited. Presently, she serves as independent director on boards of various companies including Kotak Securities Limited, ACC Limited and Dabur India Limited. She has won many awards including ‘EY Entrepreneur Of the Year 2019 – Start-up’ by Ernst and Young, and ‘Businesswoman of the Year’ at the Economic Times Award for Corporate Excellence, 2019. She was listed as one of the Asia’s Power Businesswomen, 2019 by Forbes Asia and named as ‘Business Person of the Year’, 2019 by Vogue India.
Anchit Nayar is an Executive Director of our Company, since July 1, 2021. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Beauty E-Commerce. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Columbia University. Anchit has previously served as the Vice President of the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley, New York. He has more than 10 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, retail, and banking. He is currently responsible for the beauty business and also serves as a member of the Investor Relations team. He joined FSN Brands in 2018 as the Chief Executive Officer and has overseen the expansion of the Nykaa Physical Stores. He was also the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company for the period from May 31, 2020, to January 12, 2021.
Adwaita Nayar is an Executive Director at our Company since July 1, 2021. She also serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Nykaa Fashion. She co-founded our Company and has been involved in the areas of marketing, operations and product development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from the Yale’s University, where she graduated as Cum Laude and a master’s degree in business administration with distinction from the Harvard Business School. Post her academic pursuits, she re-joined FSN Brands in 2017 as Chief Executive Officer to create and strengthen the offline physical store footprint of Nykaa. Since 2018, she has established Nykaa Fashion business and currently oversees NykaaFashion.com as well as many of our Company’s owned & partner brands. She has more than 10 years of experience in Fashion, Retail and Equity Markets.
Nihir Parikh is the Chief Executive Officer for Nykaa Man. He is also currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Nykaa Fashion. He has been associated with our Company since May 6, 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from University of Mumbai and master’s degree in business administration from INSEAD. He has over 17 years of experience in technology and e-commerce sectors. Previously, he was associated with Genentech Inc., USA, and GE Healthcare Pte. Ltd.
Manoj Jaiswal is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since November 1, 2013. He holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration from the All Institute of Engineering & Management. He has over 25 years of experience in supply chain management. Previously, he was associated with Blue Dart Express Ltd, Ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd., and Future Retail Ltd.
Surender Mehta is the Chief Human Resource Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 23, 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from the University of Delhi and post graduate diploma in business management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has also completed advanced management program from the Harvard Business School. He has 3 decades of HR professional experience spanning across industries. Previously, he was associated with Vodafone India Services Pvt. Ltd., as the Head of Human Resources business and India centres, and ITC Hotels Ltd. Previously, he has also served as a director on the boards of Vodafone India Services Pvt. Ltd. He has also been recognized as Diversity & Inclusion HR Leader of the Year.
Rajesh Uppalapati is the Chief Technology Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Osmania University and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Arizona. Rajesh brings over 2 decades of technology experience, supporting multi-stage businesses ranging from growing to large established as well as new businesses. Previously, he was associated with Amazon for about 20 years across different geographies and most recently he served as a Vice President for Product Engineering at Intuit India.
P Ganesh is the Chief Financial Officer for our Company. He is qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Account, and Company Secretary. He brings over 27 years of diverse industry experience in financial reporting, business finance, taxation, investor relations, banking, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Prior to joining Nykaa, he was serving as a Chief Financial Officer across various companies like TAFE Group, Pidilite Industries Limited, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Godrej Group.
Vishal Gupta is the Chief Executive Officer for our Nykaa Distribution business (Superstore). He also serves as an Executive Vice President for our Beauty Private Label business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in textile engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Vishal comes with a rich career with Unilever spanning over 27 years, where he successfully handled many businesses and brands in India, Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and Russia.
Sujeet Jain is the Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer of our Company. He heads the legal, company secretarial, compliance, and regulatory functions at our Company. He holds a master’s degree in business management from the University of Warwick. He is a seasoned General Counsel with 25 years of experience. Previously, he was serving as a Chief Legal Officer at Ultratech Cement Ltd., and as a Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd.
