This product from almond range smells exactly like all the others. It is gel based so it foams but not very much and the scrubing particles are very fine and also in good quantity so if feels mild but it gets the body scrubed nicely too. You can use it before your shower to exfoliate your skin or once a week just to exfoliate...it smells amazing and relaxes my body..
