1. All participating customers can keep track via Leaderboard/Shop & Win section on Nykaa app & website. 

1. For calculating the highest purchase value or total spends, all made-to-orders, cash-on-delivery orders, discounts, offers, returns, cancelled, rejected, returned products and shipping charges shall be excluded. 

1. In case if the gift prize product stated above is out of stock with the supplier, then the Winner shall be given a comparable product of similar value at the discretion of Nykaa Beauty.

1. In case of full return of all products in a particular prepaid order, the entire order value  shall be fully excluded from determining final purchase value. 

1. Winners will not be entitled to claim money or encash money against the value of the gift prize product.  

1. Winner will be declared within <30> days after the sale period ends.

1. Winner(s) will be notified through electronic mail (email) within 30 days from the end of contest/sale end date. Prize must be claimed* by such a winner within 7 (seven) days from the date of email sent by Nykaa. 

Claimed* - Winner must reply/acknowledge/respond to the email sent to him/her to enable to claim the prize. Winner needs to share necessary details or documents as maybe requested by Nykaa Beauty.

1. In the event the Winner chooses not to claim the prize or fails to respond/reply to claim the prize within 7 (seven) days, he/she is deemed to forfeit any and all claims to the prize without any liability to Nykaa Beauty.

1. Nykaa will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage to the prize whatsoever.

The sale period commences from July 25, 2022 at 5:00 am to July 30, 2022 upto 11:59 pm (both days inclusive).

1. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable, if any, in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the customer 

1. Only prepaid orders which are delivered and not returned or exchanged, of logged in customers will be considered

1. In case Nykaa is unable to fulfill a prepaid order for any reasons whatsoever Nykaa shall not be held liable.

1. Nykaa reserves the right to change, modify, cancel or amend the conditions of the contest or prices at any time, without any notice.

1. If a customer does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to restrictions, that customer shall not be entitled to be a winner irrespective of the value of purchase, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.

1. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. By participating in the contest, you warrant to us that you have permitted your entry out of your free will and consent, and you are aware and provide your consent that we may undertake marketing and publicity activities relating to the contest. If you win the contest, you therefore agree and consent to the use of your name, photograph and disclosure of town or region of residence in any post-prize-winning publicity names, surnames, towns or regions of residence and prize details.

1. All other personal details if any collected as part of the contest will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy

1. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Nykaa to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Nykaa to conduct further, similar or other contests in future.

1. Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information as stated in these terms and conditions or required for registration, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number upon collection of the Prize will automatically disqualify the customer. Nykaa shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason

1. Nykaa shall not be liable for any losses, taxes,liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this contest or accepting any part of the Prize.

1. By participating in the Contest, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Nykaa, its employees, directors, affiliates, and parent company  from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, with the following:

1. the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any of the Prize or part thereof awarded pursuant to the Contest; or
2. the participation in the Contest, or any Prize-related activities including without limitation, any error in computing any breakdown, or malfunctioning of any computer system or equipment.

 The terms and conditions herein shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For proceedings arising therein the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
