Well I would suggest if you want a long term solution for your dry and charred lips go for it. I have used lpts of lip balm that are available like Maybelline baby lips, Lakme lip love but never received such satisfaction like this one. It will show results from day 1 and if you really want spft plumpy lips go for it. It has mild smell and it's very moisturizing.
