M.A.C in extreme dimension 3D black lash makes my lashes look fuller, thicker, and longer. It is not waterproof and that is exactly my preference. It is easy to clean off. I have been looking for a good non-waterproof mascara with thicker, fuller and longer effect and this is just it.
