1) Where can I use my discount?
You can use your M·A·C Pro X Nykaa PRO Coupon Code on M·A·C purchases on the Nykaa App, website and mobile site to avail the discount. This offer is only valid for online purchases of M·A·C on Nykaa. All Mini M·A·C products are excluded from this offer.
2) How do I become a member, what discount will I get if I become a M·A·C Pro member on Nykaa PRO?
You can apply for a M·A·C Pro membership by sharing the above mentioned documents with us on [email protected] . We’ll get back to you on the status of your membership within 72 hours of receiving your documents. Alternatively, you can reach out to us on 9152008997 to know more about the program.
3) How long does it take for an application to be processed and how long will it take for me to be notified if the application is approved or not?
We’ll verify your application and communicate the status of your membership within 72 hours of you submitting your application. You’ll hear back from us on your registered email id and contact number.
If your membership is declined, we’ll reach out to you within 72 hours on your registered email id stating the same.
4) Why is my Coupon Code not working on my entire M·A·C purchase?
The M·A·C Pro X Nykaa PRO membership is subject to the following restrictions.
  • The Coupon Code will work for signed in Nykaa PRO customers on Nykaa.
  • The Coupon Code will not apply on Mini M·A·C products and other value kits
  • If you avail the 20% discount for M·A·C Pro, you may not be eligible for other M·A·C offers on Nykaa.
  • The Coupon Code is subject to a daily discount limit of Rs.7,000 and daily purchase limit of Rs.35,000. Purchases beyond this value on the same day will be on full price.
  • The Coupon Code is subject to an annual discount limit of Rs.1,40,000 and annual purchase limit of Rs.7,00,000. Purchases beyond this value in the same year will be on full price.
  • You will be able to ship products to your business address as shared by you as a part of your Nykaa PRO account. To change your address, please write to us on [email protected] with your updated shipping address.
  • The M·A·C Pro membership will be valid for 1 year post which you’ll be required to renew your membership.
  • The M·A·C Pro Coupon Code may not be active on certain days.

5) Is the M·A·C Pro x Nykaa PRO membership valid in Nykaa Stores?
Currently, the M·A·C Pro membership is only valid on online purchases from M·A·C on Nykaa.
6) Can I re-sell M·A·C products?
While we appreciate your interest in selling M·A·C products, the brand is distributed for sale only at their authorized retail and online accounts. You’re not authorised to re-sell M·A·C products. Breach of this clause can lead to a cancellation of your M·A·C Pro membership on Nykaa PRO.
