Slightly on the expensive side, would recommend buying this on a sale or something. It's a decent lip plumper. Hot Chilli is a muted red shade that would suit deeper skin tones. Missed a star because it's not as glossy as the regular Lifter Gloss. If you're looking for both a plumper and gloss, this would be slightly underwhelming. For a good lip plumper under 900 though, this is a steal. Missed the other shades Cocoa Zing anf Hot Honey. Wished they had them.
