Must have if you are the person who always picks only one shade from a palette. It's a nude or peach shade. It looks deeper and might even look deeper for light skin tone probably, but for me it works like a regular office wear kind of shade. Need a couple of swipes, but anything more gets too dramatic. It works like magic and stays all day long, through sweat or cold.
