Why don't you include wheatgrass juice in her diet, as its a natural detoxifier, also rich in vitamin A, C, B12, B6 and folic acid, wheatgrass helps in neutralizing and diluting the toxins in the blood, drinking just a tablespoon of it a day helps fight sweat. Also if the sweat is especially pungent,wheatgrass juice will help in reducing odor from sweat.

Hi Gayatri, since you work out you shoudl try using a roll-on to prevent odour. And always apply a sunscreen before stepping out.
