Hi you cannot get rid of blackheads permanently as they settle in the pores of nose. Time by time you should remove them and once you remove them then use rose water to close pores. Moreover you should use rose water or any toner that suites your skin type like tea tree or neem tulsi toner , you should use it right after cleansing your face.
