If greying is happening in 20's it's premature greying & its because more of acidic content in body so taking care of daily habits would help to control it, like Drinking more of water will control acidic content in body, avoid too much of fried food as this food once consumed and gets broken down in body gives out free radicals which damage hair causing premature greying, also avoid harsh shampoos and gels as it breaks down melanin content in hair resulting in greying.You can try these oils:
