As mentioned yesterday mental health is super important just as much as physical health.We don't have control over stress but stress busters are in our hand. The most common thing that helps me get rid of stress is playing with my dog.that happy face instantly kills stress and makes me feel light.Other than this meditation helps.Also reading or listening to story atleast 2 pages a day takes your mind off the rest.Playing your favorite tunes also helps.And scalp massage sometimes at night before bed time keeps me away from staying awake like an owl.For whenever i am feeling fatigue chai comes to my rescue 😁
