I have extreme dry skin as well. To a extend that if I don't apply anything my skin will start to look like the soil in drought. 

Here is my skincare routine that has helped me a lot.

1st Face wash 




Plum Grape Seed & Sea Buckthorn Mild Foam Scrub


It do say its a scrub but its a daily face wash. Made for dry skin.

2) toner 




Plum Chamomile & White Tea Calming Antioxidant Toner


Take a cotton pour a little wipe on ur face 

3) Serum 




Plum Grape Seed & Sea Buckthorn Glow-Restore Face Oils Blend


Now this product is magic potion for dry skin. I can't rave enough how good this product is. Its an oil, it will hydrate ur skin, give u a glow(just use it daily) & make ur skin soft. 

4) moisturizer

This is a thick extra hydrating night cream, do not use it at day time

Dont skin sunscreen even in winter when u will feel oh there is no sun. But the rays r always there.

This scrub is best for dry skin. Use it once a week. Very hydrating & it removes all black/white heads dead skin, etc.




O3+ Plunge Chocolate Glow Mask


Do not use any clay mask it will b very harsh for dry skin. Use a hydrating + brightening mask. This one is so good. Smells like chocolate so keep some with u

You have very dry skin so first use Foaming Face Wash... Use facial oil it's keeps your skin hydrated, soft & smooth. Don't use scrub because scrub is harsh for your extremely dry skin thta you said you have dry skin. So, use Ayurvedic Face Pack. Use a soft towel.
