Hiee @Anisa  For fair skin brown mascara will definitely look good , and NYX brow mascara is highly pigmented and gives you natural look. Make sure you match it with you hair color also, if you have jet black color hair it wouldn't match,it would go perfect with natural black brown hair color which usually all fair skinned people have.
