Q: Dealing with anxiety

Hello I guys 

I wanna share something 

I am person who was dealing with heavy anxiety attacks and body consciousness that time was way harder for me 

I wasn't able to sleep at night and had nightmares... Always had body shaming problems in my college and eventually it got so bad that I turned into a angry person... Later on I decided to quit Instagram and Facebook... Cus my anxiety was kind off related to social anxiety and it made my life a lot chaotic

But now I feel so good so much more positive I love myself way more 

And when ppl ask me why you r not in social media ? When I say my problem dey start laughing 

Is it good to laugh at someone issue dey were dealing with for so long? 

Anxiety is not a joke and be nice to the person who is going through it ?
