I think flax seed lowers the estrogen level in our body. All we knw that estrogen is responsible by for the breast enlargement.So it reduces the breast size instead of increasing them. For increasing breast you have to increase the estrogen level for this eat estrogen rich substances more  like soyabean milk  and mango
