My fitness routine is pretty basic.I do yoga. Isolating and focusing on different parts of the body and problems like belly fat, back pain. Yoga also helps me in keeping my menstrual cycle on check. I take multivitamins and vitamin c to complete nutrition cycle and to keep me energetic through out the day. I do detox sometimes with lemon infused water. For mental fitness which is as serious as physical fitness i make sure to take out sometime for myself only. in this time i listen to audio books,music basically anything that please my mind and help me unwind.
