Hy buddies, to look make ur skin healthy and ur body tooo,you must have to be stress free.
Stress are the reason for many worst diseases. So free from stress. I love to watch cricket, comedy shows.also for any person who have stress just watch shows like tom and jerry, mr.bean,takashi castle, friends, kapil sharma show. Just try these, you get feel fresh and happy. Your mood definitely gonna up and up.
Also whatever god you believe pray each and every day. I am simply chanting gayatri mantra and mahamurtyu shloka eveymorning and every night for 21 times.it makes my day and provide good sleep also.
Also i try to skip my personal vehicle and travel into public transport. You can learn and feel so much happy by seeing people around you. I also visit my farm.
Good eating also helps you to strees free. tulsi and ginger chai is must for me. Also whenever i feel fatigue or unhealthy, i definitely eat kopra chikki.it also make my mood good.
And last but not least, by replying and posting our lovely nykaa network my mood goes up.so ask me ur questions, tag me and interreact with me.
