I have  fungle acne problem for few months. And I have dry skin

Check the ingredients of your skincare products that they should be malassezia free, avoid using creams with ceramides, yeast extracs, oils, fatty acids, coconut oil. 

It can be treated by products containing squalene oil, honey, benzoyl peroxide, tea tree, ketocanazole.

Stick to a basic and simple skincare routine you can even avoid toner a cleanser and a basic moisturizer that doesn't has to many ingredients.
