Q: Funky Friday Don't know who started this trend but i first saw this eyemakeup on kylie jenner.a neon colour in the inner corner of the eyes and a winged liner.thats it.U really liked the eye look and the neon colour looks funky as well as out of the box and open up the eyes.And the plus point anybody can do this.? no need to mix different shades and blend and blend and blend.
