I am not a professional but here are a few things that I changed and they have helped me in a major way.Avoid fragrances in leave on products.Use a double cleansing method to wash off the make-up at the end of the day(micellar water and a face wash) Use a AHA product.  AHAs help with cell turnover and brightens up the skin and also helps with acne marks and pigmentation.Use AHAs 2 times a week .Use a salicylic acid based face wash. This will help with the acne . Don't overdo these. Start slow by using these products once a week.AHA and Salicylic acid both are exfoliating ingredients, which are much more better than physical scrubs. So do not exfoliate using a scrub or a brush. The physical exfoliation can cause more harm than good.USE Moisturizer. We tend to think that Oily skin = no moisturizer. This is so so wrong! All skin types need moisturizer. Look for a good non-comedogenic moisturizer and use it EVERYDAY. Use a lighter moisturizer during the day and a more hydrating one at night.Use sunscreen every day, even if you are at home you NEED sunscreen. Sunscreen is literally the most important skin care product you can ever use.If anything new that you are trying out are not feeling right or are making you more sensitive, then stop using that particular product. Switch to a milder form of the active ingredient in the product. Remember to eat healthy, because you stomach has a lot to do with skin issues.Lastly, skin care is a journey. It is a continuous process which involves a lot of trial and error, and the most important thing is that you don't give up in the middle. Results take time to show up and you will have to be patient and regular.  And there is this YouTuber named SKIN CARE BY HYRAM, his videos have helped me and my skin care journey in a big way. Hey. I'm a 17 year old girl with apne prone, oily skin. I have been struggling with acne for the last two years. My acne has created a major impact on my mental health. I have always been very insecure about my scars n acne as well. I have tried numerous ways to get rid of it. In the process of getting rid of it I have tried various products on my skin that made my acne worse. I did manual scrubbing, I put coconut oil on my skin and various other horrible experiments which further clogged my pores making my acne worse. So i finally decided to consult a dermatologist. She recommended me the magical products that helped me get rid of acne. She prescribed me an adapalene gel, the Acrofy moisturiser, the Truederma Sunscreen and to fade my acne scars she prescribed me the Kojiglo cream ( it has kojic acid in it). These product combination worked magically on me and my skin has improved drastically after being consistent with my skincare routine. But most importantly, what u put inside your body actually reflects on ur skin. So a proper diet filled with green vegetables along with avoiding dairy is must. Also hydration is key for good skin, apply moisturiser on damp skin daily even if ur skin is oily. Don't ever skip sunscreen, never ever in ur wildest dreams&#128564;&#128173;. May be It's age effect,Prefer drinking  warm turmeric milk at bed time to get rid of acne and pus... It purifies ur blood and helps u to improve ur skin...Don't use cosmetics Use Himalaya face wash...

Use Neutrogena acne facewash for acne and it's moisturizer because there is no fragrance in it  so it's gonna suit your sensitive skin .

If its not PCOD, then this routine might help you:1. Salicylic acid 2% based face wash ( try the neutrogena one)2. Mandelic acid toner ( Kaya)3. Benzoyl Peroxide based skin serum ( try be minimalist one)4. Oil free moisturizer from Neutrogena
