Most of the pigmentation and brown spots that occur during pregnancy is closely related to the increase in folic acid, which is quite normal. At this stage its best to stick to usual products and not to experiment with new products. Pls be sure to use safe products with minimal chemical ingredients. I used to use Aroma Magic products and they worked wonderfully well for me. Take care and have a safe pregnancy!
