Hello mam l have oily acne prone skin .plz suggest how to care my skin and remedy of permanent acne solution.

1) Don't wash your face more than two times a day. Use only lukewarm water to wash your face , since hot water will irritate your skin further. 

2) Make sure your scrubs and towels are soft, too! Exfoliating too much will also push your skin to produce more oil. So, only exfoliate once or twice a week, with a mild scrub. 

3) Use makeup in moderation.  Try keeping your skin bare and free to breathe on some days. And always remember to remove your makeup before you sleep. 

4) Choose an oil-free moisturiser to keep your skin non-greasy and hydrated. For best results, apply moisturiser once or twice a day, within three minutes of washing your face.

5) Eat healthy. Your diet can make or break your skin. Avoid saturated fats (oily, fried, junk food) and eat more of the good fats &ndash; omega-3 fatty acids &ndash; which is found in nuts, dry fruits, seeds, eggs, and fish. Sugary food (like that dessert after every meal) can also cause oily skin. 

6) choose the right products. Choosing gentle, oil-free, and non-comedogenic . Avoid astringents, harsh soaps, and alcohol-based products because these can irritate the skin and cause breakouts.

Mine is same skin..sensitive too..

dnt use anything lik harsh scrubs on ur skin. Best is tea tree oil.. so basic just mix in aloe gel n make ur own serum or lotion whtever h call it.

mix 4-5 drops of tea tree oil in a dullop of aloe gel and do the spot treatment..it gives tingling..n if u wanna apply on whole face then just add 2-3 drops..
