Hello...this winter something really weird happened...my eyelids and eyebrows and my neck become itchy, swollen and flaky....what could it have been....though I used glycerine and vit E in my moisturiser and this worked but after 5 or 6 hours the itch used to come back and on rubb8ng some fluid used to ooze out and make scab.
