Please see to your body mass index first. If its more, you can work on shedding weight which should be a combination of dieting and exercise. No starving. Fill up well with non carbs like fruits, dietary fibre rich food like oats, and switch carbs to protein rich food. Do eat carbs and oil towards the end of your meals for satiety. Divide your meal and eat frequently instead of doing so in one go. Exercise well. 150mins of moderate to severe exercise per week minimum. Work towards your area of concern more when you do so.
