You could try chemical exfoliation using one of AHAs like lactic acid - it is usually recommended for dull skin esp for dry skin. Make sure you use sunscreen if you decide to use an acid. Or you could try physical exfoliation for immediate results using gentle srubs (scrubs with jojoba beads, ground oatmeal etc - no sugar pls) And for pigmentation - try Vit C serum, products with niacinamide. Without using any of these acids or serums - just cleansing and moisturizing day and night and applying sunscreen in the morning itself will do wonders to your skin. Make sure you get good sleep (8 hours), eat well :)
