Hairfall can b coz of many reasons. 1st make sure u take good diet. It will take time to stop or even slow down but once it does it will b the best thing ever. 

1) oiling 




Soulflower Coldpressed Castor Carrier Oil


 




Indus Valley Bio Organic 100% Pure Extra Virgin Coconut Oil


Mix these two oils in 1:1 ration. Take a dropper & section ur hair & apply directly in ur roots. Massage for at least 10 mints DO NOT SKIP this. Apply the night before shampoo.

2) Shampoo

Its good to use a SLS/SLES/ Parabeen free shampoo. It will not foam much but ur hair will get clean. These chemicals usually ripe out all the natural moisture of ur hair & we don't want that.

3) conditioner

Apply conditioner only to the lenghts of ur hair DO NOT apply on the scalp even if it says so on the bottle don't fall for it.

4)Do not blow dry or use any heat tools. Take a cotton t-shirt or a microfiber towel & wrap ur hair in it leave it till the cloth has soak all the water & let ur hair dry naturally.

5) After u have removed that towel,when ur hair is damp apply Argan oil

6)Do not brush ur hair when its wet that's the Hitler thing u will do for ur hair.

Roots Wooden Comb No 1101


Use a wooden comb to brush ur hair. Now don't start from the very top. Take a little section from the bottom brush it then move a little up. So start brushing from the bottom & move all the way up. 

8) 




Kent Waterproof Shampoo & Scalp Massage Brush - Blue


This wierd tool is actually very usefull. U can use it to massage ur scalp when oiling or shampoo. 

9) always tie ur hair in a braid or a bun when u sleep

10) sleep on a satin/silk pillow cover it will reduce friction hence less breakage.
