Hi Arpita, I use 2 shades of Loreal Infallible foundation (one of my favourites and provdes full coverage for my sensitive acne prone skin), 150 and 200. I tend to use more of 200 since I have a more of yellow undertone. Also, in summers when I get a little tanned, I use shade 150. If you fall in NC 38 with neutral or Beige undertone, you can definately go for 220 as it will suit both undertones well.
