Cleaning balms are great first cleanser to remove makeup. They won't leave the skin feeling dry but make sure you follow it up with a foaming cleanser aswell. Both seem like good options but personally for me after looking at the ingredient list I would go for the Faceshop one only because it has added rice ceramides which is great for the skin

During winters use khadi face wash. It gives soft supple skin.
