Apki age k according you can use body shop oils for life range in night cream day cream and serum and can use their sea weed face wash and for open pores can use sea weed toner all from The Body Shop..love..aadi.

Though we dont know your skin type, but following below routine helps any skin type at basic level. For advanced products , i will suggest that you can walk in to any cosmetic store in a mall, and get your skin type checked.  

Daily routine :

1) Wash your face definitely before sleep with a gentle face wash. Cetaphil is one of the best face wash available. 

2) Don't miss on toning the face. How to tone -> use any toner (lesser the pH level, better it is for skin OR you can also use pure 'rose water' as toner too) with a cotton pad and dab it on your face. 

3) Mositure : Use a good moisturizing cream depending on your skin type and an anti ageing cream for ex: Olay or Pond's. These 2 are really good.
