For hair thickening use Forest Essentials Bhringraj and Shikakai Hair Thickening Spray , it contains bhringraj and shikakai which increases density of hair and strenghthens it. Do wash your hair regularly but also use hair oil like cococut oil as excess washing also leads to oily scalp as it losses natural oil and attracts moisture from atmosphere making your scalp damp and oily.
