Cleanser that is not harsh on your skin has less amount of surfactants, that does not strip your skin from it's natural oils, that is gentle nd does not give u a pore tightening feel or claims to deeply cleanse or exfoliate your skin.

For Moisturiser go for the one that is hydrating nd soothing, look for the ingredients like Centella assiatica, allantoin, Oatmeal, beta glucan. u can check my post about various ingredients in skincare products that might help u.
