Home remedies are best keepers when it comes to long term hair and skin goals!!My mother gave a recipe when I was going crazy with my hair fall...and trust me it gave hair like never before..so here  it goes:Take a spoon full of curd and mix it with half a tea spoon of fenugreek powder(soak it overnight) next morning mix an egg white, a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of olive/coconut/almond oil in it. Apply this paste for say half an hour and wash it out with cold water. Shampoo and condition it then. ( in case you have dandruff please don&rsquo;t use coconut oil)Try this out twice a week initially for over a month and the following month you will see an improvement.Note: Just check your heamoglobin levels too, sometimes lack of iron leads to hair fall too.&#129311;
