Just by looking at a picture or swatching it on hands you won't be able to make up your mind.

Instead I will suggest you to go to the store and try the foundation on face and neck.
Before that watch some YouTube videos to understand your shade and undertones. Some youtubers I can recommend are Shreya Jain, Debashree, Aishwarya Kaushal, Jovita and Malvika Sitlani.
