If the spots are due to acne or post acne marks you can use the Forest Essentials Facial Ubtan Narangi & Nagkesar , by mixing with rose water or papaya pulp or even tap water and use it once a week as a mask or daily as a mild exfoliating cleanser.

Go for any niacinamide product. For eg the ordinary 10% niacinamide and 1% zinc or Derma co. it works great
