1. apply CONCEALER  on ur eyelids and then blend it properly with a blender 

2. 1st use a light colour and start applying it 2nd use a little more dark colour and then apply it 3rd use a dark or glitter colour and apply it

U need to apply eye foundation on ur eye n the any eye make would look good

Use good blending brush and start with light shades and thn slowly make them as dark as u want. Always start from outer corner and go towards inside. And for shimmer or glitter application start fron inner corner and go till half of ur eye lids. After shadow do liner and mascara and dont forget to highlight brow bone and inner corner of ur eyes.
