Homemade lip scrub
This scrub does wonders for me and I am pretty sure it would do for you as well.

Ingredients:-
&bull;coffee powder - 1tbs
&bull; sugar -1/2 tbs
&bull; honey  -1 tbs
&bull;lemon juice -one or two drops 

Mix all these ingredients and scrub your wet lips gently in circular motion. Rinse with water .
Don't over scrub .
Do this one or twice a week . You can use ghee or butter as lip balm after this to get smooth and pink lips  .
You will start seeing results soon.

Scrub lips by using store bought lips scrub or DIY lips scrub 3 times in a week. Don't be harsh with your lips while scrubbing

DIY LIP SCRUB:

Brown sugar(or)white sugar olive oil honey 

lip balm:

use lip balm with SPF
