Q: How can i manage to grow nails eith good condition?

Hi.. This is oitri..  

I went fir a manicure session on 24th of this month.  While shaping my nails she has cut and bled my cuticles and the sides of my nails. It's still have the pain.  

1. My major problem is my nail doesn't grow long before it crosses the top of the finger it breaks out.  

2. My nail breaks easily.  

3. Doesn't look healthy and takes lot of time to grow a little.
