	In a bowl, mash the 1/2 ripe avocado and 1 banana until the mixture is completely free of lumps. To do this, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and mix well.
	Apply this mixture through your hair from the roots to the tips.
	Once your hair is totally covered, leave the hair pack on for about an hour.
	Proceed to rinse the pack out with a mild sulfate-free shampoo and cool water.
