Hi Rajitha,Remember to find a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher so that you're adequately protected from the UV rays of the sun. Apply sunscreen generously at least 15 minutes before going outdoors. If you wait until you are in the sun to apply sunscreen, your skin is unprotected and can burn. Use enough sunscreen on all exposed parts of your body and rub it thoroughly into your skin. Reapply the sunscreen every couple of hours especially after swimming or excessive sweating.
