1st u can put any lip balm for 15mins dn apply lipstick after puting u can rub it dn again u can apply matte lip gloss...it will stick it around 6hrs without crankiness on ur lips

1stly scrubsur lip wit honey and sugar later apply good amout of Good moisturizing lip balm.. under ur matte liquid lipstick.. it wont b cracky.
