Hey shreya I liked the home remedy @Bhakti  Advani shared, I have also heard that eating grapes helps to control sweat as it soothes body and balance body temperature.

Hi shreya ,Try some home remedies for controlling sweat. Like every day drink a glass of fresh tomato juice made at home to get rid of the problem of excessive sweating. To get rid of excessive underarm sweating, apply a mix of cornstarch and baking soda under the arms after thoroughly cleaning them. Let it stay for half an hour and wash it off later. You can also add any essential oil as a deodorant into the mixture.

Hey @shreya debbarmaTo control overall body sweat you have to take care of the following: 
Cut
 down on Caffeine - Caffeine stimulates your central nervous system, 
which activates your sweat glands—so the more caffeine you drink, the 
more you end up perspiring
Say NO to Spicy food - Just 
like caffeine, spices can activate your brain’s neurotransmitters, 
causing you to sweat more, hence control on spicy food consumption.Wear
 sweat absorbing clothes -   If you know you’re going to be spending a 
lot of time outdoors, opt for a cool and breathable fabric like cotton 
or linen.Use antiperspirant and  not deodorants - because 
antiperspirants contain aluminum salts, which plug your sweat glands and
 reduce the amount of sweat that travels to your skin whereas deos would
 only layer up pleasant and unpleasant fragrances on body.Hope this is helpful !!!!
