Shower twice daily with some antibacterial soap.Keep an eye on your diet, as some food items like onions and garlic are the reasons for foul smell. Also avoid caffeinated beverages ,alcohol and spicy food as it aggravates the sweat.  Wearing cotton or a breathable material helps also wash your clothes regularly and wear clean clothes daily.Of-course , use an antiperspirant regularly to keep your underarms dry and away from the smelly sweat .Tip : Add peppermint oil to your water while having shower for lasting fragrance.

You can use some essential oils to get rid  of body odor, out of all oils I would highly recommend you to try the peppermint oil as it has anti bacterial properties that helps  to overcome the body odor. You can add few drops of essential oil to your water while having shower or even mix it with water and spray some of it directly onto your underarms.
