How to get rid of hair lice ?

im 18 i dont know how to get ride of this lice it irritates me so much if there is any treatment or shampoo??

Use medikar shampoo and leave it for atleast 15-20 minutes.

Take Neem leaves and boil them in water.Have a head wash using that water.Use mediker and post washing immediately use the lice comb to take them out of your hair.
