I  scrub my legs during shower using a pumice stone on alternate days. Just put your regular soap, body wash and then scrub your legs and feet. Don't be too harsh just do it with a mild force. This works better if you are taking a hot shower because the skin softens up. I also use a  body scrub once a week- again works best with a hot shower.
