Hi dear...you can go for any heavy moisturizer before applying foundation ..also give a try to Elizabeth Arden face oil before foundation...if the primer is good then no oil is needed ..you can try nykaa primer or from benefit cosmetics..xox

use mac strobe cream in pinklite for glowy makeup.also you can mix liquid illuminator with foundation or apply before foundation
