Hey,Recently even I tried making a homemade hand wash and would love to share the recipe with you. For this, you will have to collect at least a cup of soap shavings or say the leftover scrap of soap that is left behind before the size of the soap gets very small. I started using this method because I would love using glycerine soaps but when they started getting too small, they would lose its grip and would break. So, I used the same soap remains and a few other ingredients to make the homemade hand wash. Here&rsquo;s the breakdown of the way I do it:Things you need -1 cup of soap shavings or scrap (any soap can be used not just the glycerin but even the olive oil or any vegetable oil-based soap can also be used)4 cups of water3 tbsp of peppermint essential oil and1 tbsp of tea tree essential oil. Tea Tree Essential OilProcedure -Finely grate or chop the soap into shavings and keep aside.Boil 4 cups of water in a pot and remove the container from the flame/heat source.Add the soap shavings slowly and stir well to mix it.You can use a blender to mix it thoroughly and if required boil it for a minute again to melt the soap completely.Then add the required amount of essential oil of your choice and stir well letting the mixture cool down completely (this takes about 15 to 30 mins).Pour the mixture into the dispenser.
